A one-time plan is a single purchase you keep — the full 30-day program, PDF download, progress tracking, and AI trainer chat, with no recurring charge. A membership renews automatically and unlocks plans as part of your subscription. You can compare the current options on our Pricing page.

You can cancel a membership or the Verified badge any time from your dashboard, and you'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. Because plans are generated instantly and delivered digitally, all sales are final and non-refundable. If a membership lapses, any one-time plans you purchased stay yours.

No. The 30 days are a suggested calendar, not a deadline. Your plan, your progress, and your AI trainer chat stay available in your dashboard well beyond 30 days, so you can go at your own pace and revisit any day. (Membership-unlocked plans stay available while your membership is active.)

Yes! From your dashboard you can build a public profile with a photo, cover image, bio, and the skills your dog has learned, then make it public to appear on our "Meet the Pack" directory. It's a fun way to show off your dog's progress and inspire other owners — and you're always in control of whether it stays public.

The Verified badge is the blue check shown on a dog's public profile — a trust signal that it's a real, active member's dog. It's a small monthly subscription available for dogs with a paid plan (free previews can't be verified). You can add it or cancel it any time from your dashboard or billing page.

Our Dog Profiles page has a limited number of Featured slots plus one full-width Premium spot at the top. From your dashboard you can feature your dog for a set number of prepaid days (buy more to add days on top). Featured placement needs a profile and cover photo; the Premium spot also needs a Verified badge. Slots are first come, first served — if they're full, you can join the waitlist and we'll email you when one opens.

Paws are our version of a like. Any signed-in member can "give a paw" to a dog's public profile to cheer on their training — you just need a free account to paw (this keeps things fair and prevents spam). You can paw any dog, including your own, and tap again to remove it. It's a simple, friendly way for the community to show support for a pup's progress.

Yes. When you complete all 30 days of a paid plan, we automatically issue a personalized Certificate of Completion with a unique certificate ID and a public verification link anyone can check. You can download it as a PDF from your dashboard, and we email you a copy too.
