Dog Training At Home Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated: July 19, 2026
These Affiliate Program Terms constitute an agreement between Dog Training At Home, operating DogTrainingAtHome.us and the Dog Training At Home service (“Dog Training At Home,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the person or entity participating in our affiliate program (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”).
By applying for, accessing, or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program purpose
The Affiliate Program allows approved participants to promote Dog Training At Home through a unique referral link and earn commissions on eligible purchases attributed to that link.
Participation does not guarantee clicks, customers, commissions, earnings, or continued acceptance in the program.
2. Eligibility and application
You must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have legal authority to enter this agreement
Provide accurate account and payment information
Operate lawful promotional channels
Comply with these Terms and applicable laws
We may approve or decline any application at our discretion. We are not required to provide a reason for declining an application.
Approval applies only to the person or entity identified in the application. Affiliate accounts may not be sold, transferred, rented, or shared without written permission.
3. Independent relationship
You participate as an independent contractor.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, franchise, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or representative relationship between you and Dog Training At Home.
You may not:
Enter into agreements on our behalf
Make promises binding Dog Training At Home
Represent yourself as our employee or official spokesperson
Suggest that we have approved content that we have not reviewed
You are responsible for your own expenses, insurance, taxes, registrations, and legal obligations.
4. Referral links and attribution
We provide a unique affiliate referral link.
The program currently uses a 30-day tracking window and first-touch attribution, unless different campaign rules are displayed in your affiliate dashboard.
A referral is not guaranteed to track. Attribution may be affected by:
Deleted or blocked cookies
Browser and device changes
Private browsing
Prior affiliate referrals
Tracking-prevention technology
Incorrectly formatted links
Purchases outside the attribution window
Technical failures beyond our reasonable control
Our tracking records and payment records will control when determining referral attribution and commission eligibility.
5. Qualifying transactions
A transaction may qualify for commission only when:
It results from an eligible tracked referral
The customer completes a paid purchase
We successfully receive the payment
The transaction is genuine and made in good faith
The payment is not refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back
The Affiliate has complied with these Terms
The following do not generate commissions:
Free previews
Free accounts
Failed or incomplete payments
Test transactions
Fraudulent transactions
Duplicate orders
Self-referrals
Purchases made to manipulate the program
Transactions attributed to another affiliate
Transactions completed after the tracking window
Taxes and amounts excluded by the dashboard’s commission calculation
We may reject a transaction when we reasonably believe it is ineligible, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms.
6. Commission rates
The applicable commission rate is shown in your affiliate dashboard, campaign details, approval communication, or a separate written agreement.
Different products, subscriptions, campaigns, or affiliates may have different commission rates.
Commission percentages are calculated on the eligible amount actually collected by Dog Training At Home, excluding amounts such as:
Taxes
Refunds
Credits
Chargebacks
Payment reversals
Unapproved discounts
Processing adjustments
Any amount excluded by the applicable campaign rules
We may change commission rates prospectively. Changes will not normally reduce commissions already approved before the effective date of the change.
7. Recurring commissions
When recurring commissions are enabled, an Affiliate may earn commission on eligible subscription renewals originating from the Affiliate’s qualifying referral.
Renewal commission eligibility requires:
Continued successful subscription payments
The original referral remaining eligible
The Affiliate account remaining active and compliant
No refund, dispute, fraud, or chargeback
Continued availability of recurring commissions under the relevant campaign
Cancellation of a subscription ends commissions on future payments that do not occur.
Recurring commissions are not guaranteed for the lifetime of the customer or Affiliate Program unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
8. Pending and approved commissions
New commissions may remain pending during a review period.
We may delay approval while reviewing:
Refund eligibility
Chargebacks
Fraud indicators
Duplicate referrals
Self-referrals
Compliance concerns
Payment-provider investigations
A commission becomes withdrawable only after it is marked approved or available in the affiliate dashboard.
9. Minimum payout and payment methods
The current minimum payout threshold is $100 in approved and available commissions.
Supported payout methods may include a U.S. bank account, Wise, or another method displayed in your dashboard.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate payout information
Maintaining an account capable of receiving payments
Paying provider fees, currency-conversion costs, or bank charges
Providing any legally required tax forms or identification
We may hold or delay payment when:
Information is incomplete or inaccurate
The account is under investigation
A payment provider requires additional verification
Fraud or program abuse is suspected
Applicable law requires withholding
The minimum payout has not been reached
Balances below the minimum may remain in the account until the threshold is reached, subject to these Terms.
10. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks
Commissions connected to refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or charged-back payments are not payable.
We may:
Cancel a pending commission
Deduct the amount from an available balance
Offset the amount against future commissions
Request repayment when a reversed commission was already paid
Our refund and payment records will govern these determinations.
11. Affiliate disclosures
You must clearly disclose your financial relationship with Dog Training At Home whenever you promote our service.
The disclosure must:
