This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds work for Dog Training At Home ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a plan or membership on dogtrainingathome.us, you agree to the terms below. Please read this policy carefully before you buy.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds. Because our plans deliver instant access to digital content — including AI-generated training plans, the AI trainer chat, downloadable materials, and completion certificates — all payments are non-refundable once a purchase is completed. This applies to every paid product we offer, whether it is a one-time purchase or a recurring membership.

We encourage you to try our Free Preview first. It requires no payment and no credit card, and it lets you see how a personalized plan works for your dog before you decide to buy.

One-Time Purchases

Our Premium 30-Day Plan is a one-time purchase that unlocks your dog’s full personalized training program. Because the plan and its materials are generated and made available to you immediately after payment, one-time purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the payment has been processed.

Monthly Membership Cancellation

Our Membership is a recurring subscription that renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel your membership at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your cancellation stops all future renewals and charges.
  • You will keep full access to your membership until the end of your current paid billing period. Access is not cut off immediately.
  • At the end of that period, your membership simply ends and you will not be billed again.
  • We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for the remaining days of a billing period, and we do not refund payments already made for the current or previous periods.

In other words, cancelling turns off auto-renewal — it does not trigger a refund, and you continue to enjoy your membership through the time you have already paid for.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your monthly membership in a few ways:

  • From your Dashboard, open your billing or subscription settings and choose to cancel.
  • Or email us at info@dogtrainingathome.us from the email address on your account and ask us to cancel for you.

We recommend cancelling before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for another period, since charges that have already been made are non-refundable.

Failed or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a genuine duplicate charge caused by a technical or billing mistake on our side — contact us within 7 days of the charge at info@dogtrainingathome.us. We will review verified billing errors and correct them where appropriate. This does not apply to normal, correctly processed purchases or renewals, which remain non-refundable.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a payment, please reach out to us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the matter is resolved.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
